Had what I liked in stock and in my size, very happy.
I was surprised how they did unique sizes like 31waist with the 34” length I needed. Also the trousers have an extra pocket with a zip. But above all the quality is amazing and the fact that they come with belts was it for me. Hence moving forward it has become my first choice shop for school uniforms.

The items I have ordered for my Daughter have been lovely, she is quite tall and very slim so I couldn't find any trousers or skirts to fit her on the high street. The fact I could choose waist size and length to suit was brilliant, the trousers and skirt I ordered are lovely material and style and they fit beautifully, she's very happy with them.

Whenever I speak to a member of the team they are very helpful and lovely. Although on a few occasions when ordering online I haven’t received confirmation of my order and/or updated on my order. I always have to chase as opposed to being updated about my order. Most companies send out an email to tell you when the order is being/has been dispatched which you guys don’t.

Not having ordered from here before, I was unsure about sizing so I ordered three pairs of three different sizes. I had to return six pairs so the package was large and cost nearly as much as a pair of trousers. A new customers first return being free would be a great gesture. I won't have to make the same mistake again because I know his size now. The quality of the trousers is great, and we'll shop here again for sure.

Bought David Luke Trousers from you because of the availability of trousers in longer length for boys. Very good price and excellent delivery.
No only are the clothes excellent for school children, the tops can also be purchased in large adult sizes and are excellent quality. You can wash them many times and the colour stays the same. The fit is very comfortable and I have been wearing the tops nearly every day for many many years! And will continue to do so.
Hello, I had been looking for months for longer length school trousers for my tall 6' lanky 14yr old son with really long legs and absolutely could not find them anywhere else and I checked whole of internet. Few other suppliers who had them charged high prices. School shop had fairly priced trousers with a delightfully perfect fit for him. They look amazing and fit so well. We are both super happy with our purchase and will have to come back to school uniform shop for future school trouser shopping for sure.
Generally a good place to shop.for school uniform all year round which is so handy as it's difficult to buy once school holidays have ended.

The trousers I purchased were are a perfect fit , one of the belt loops the stitching was loose , but not a major problem easy fixed , a quick sew.

Great company, great customer service, range and prices. If it wasn't for my son's needs, I think we would be buying all uniform from you - and hope I may be able to purchase parts in the future. My only comments for consideration: 14 day returns process is stressful! Especially when children are away for weekends with other parents, on school trips etc. It would be great if this was extended to be more comparable with other uniform providers. It would be great if SUS could start stocking some cotton shirts (or cotton wrapped polyester) and some poly wool trousers (e.g. not coated with Teflon), perhaps from places like Brook Taverner. The competition who do provide these are SchoolBlazer and John Lewis. (EcoOutfitters is too casual for senior students). It would also be helpful to indicate the rise of senior boys trousers (whether they are low, medium or high - and possibly a measurement of the rise). Thanks to your very helpful customer services team.

I had ordered the wrong skirts and emailed to ask if they could be cancelled. I was expecting to be told no, but the lady who answered was really helpful, kind and professional and cancelled part of my order with no fuss. Everything else arrived in a timely manner and as putchased.

Like being able to get extra long leg length. Sometimes the trousers come with belts, and sometimes not, which could be made clearer in the description (but it may be me not reading further than leg length!).

Would like to be able to search by item rather than by brand eg charcoal trousers. Also need more photos of items, need to see the back because wasn’t aware that the last trousers I had ordered were elasticated at the back.
