Payment Methods

• You can order and pay online by credit or debit cards. The cards accepted are shown on the right.
  
  
• You can order online and pay by post using cheque or postal order. Payment information will be given when you complete checkout.
  
  
• You can order and pay over the phone by credit or debit cards. The cards accepted are shown on the right. Please call 01432 267448 to place your order.
  
  
• All credit and debit card payments are taken at the time you place your order.
  
  

Delivery Cost

• For orders under £100 we have a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 per order, for standard delivery.
  
  
• For orders of £100 and over standard delivery is FREE.
  
  

Delivery Time

• Most orders should be delivered within one week.
  
  
• However we ask customers to allow up to three weeks for delivery in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock.
  
  
• If we are unable to deliver within this period we will contact you straight away.
  
  

Delivery Methods

• Most orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
  
  
• Larger orders are sent by Interlink Express or another similar carrier.
  
  
• All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
  
  
• We delivery to UK and BFPO addresses only.
  
  

Order Tracking

• When you have placed your order you will be given the order reference number. An order confirmation will also be sent to you by email.
  
  
• To track your order please visit the Order Tracking page and enter your order reference number and email address. The order status will be displayed.
  
  
• When your goods are dispatched you will receive an email detailing the items despatched, the carrier used and their tracking reference.
  
  
• You can then track the delivery process via the carrier's website using their tracking reference number.

Returns

• We will refund unwanted items returned within one month of the dispatch date.
  
  
• We will exchange items for a different size, colour or style if returned within three months of the dispatch date.
  
  
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or the incorrect item is supplied, School Uniform Shop will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing.
  
  
• If you have decided that you don't want the product or need to exchange for a different size, colour or style, postage and packing costs both ways are your responsibility. We will charge the additional £2.95 postage cost to your card when we despatch your exchange items.
  
  
• Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean unworn condition, in its original packaging and with all labels still attached.
  
  
• Any free goods supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund.
  
  
• When returning your item(s), please complete and enclose our Returns Form to help us identify your package and process your return as quickly as possible.

Complaints

• If anything is not right, please call us on 01432 267448 between 9:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, or email support@schooluniformshop.co.uk. We will aim to resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.
  
  
• If you are still not happy, please contact Becki Monk (our Customer Services Manager) by direct email to becki@schooluniformshop.co.uk. Please do not contact Becki until you have given our customer services team the opportunity to help you.
  
  

Privacy

• We will not make unsolicited contact with you, nor will we pass on customer information to anyone else.
  
  
• We only use the personal information you provide for processing your current order. We will never use your email address or any other information for any other purpose.
  
  
• When you complete your order you can choose to receive our occasional email newsletters (the default is not to receive them). You can easily remove yourself from this list at any time.
